Dr. Einat Zalckvar
Principal Investigator
Einat knew from the age of 15 that she wanted to be a biologist. After establishing and leading a Peroxi team at the Weizmann Institute of Science for 10 years, Einat recently joined Bar-Ilan University and is ready to make her dream a reality.
Dr. Emelia Melvin
Senior Researcher
After doing her PhD in Tel Aviv University Emelia fell in love with peroxisomes. Emelia is juggling between teaching the team how to play with proteins and human cells and establishing new experimental setups.
Yeuda Oshri
MSc Student
After getting his bachelor's degree from Ariel University and working at the Weizmann Institute of Science, Oshri is the first official student of the Zalckvar Lab. Oshri is juggling between performing experiments, taking courses, and being the safety expert in the lab.
Mor Shlomy
MSc Student
After finishing her bachelor's degree in Bar-Ilan and working in the lab for few months Mor officially joined the lab as an MSc student. In parallel to playing with peroxisomes Mor is also our lab manager.
Eden Bahari
MSc Student
After finishing her bachelor's degree in Bar-Ilan, Eden recently joined the lab as an MSc student.
